Online Stores operated by the Virginia Department of Forestry
The Virginia Department of Forestry operates two online stores. These stores offer tree seedlings during our Fall/Spring Seedling Season, and sell our publications throughout the year.
Native Trees of Virginia
The
most common native tree species found in Virginia's forests are described
in this handsome, 5.5 x 8.5", 120-page book. This tool for tree identification
uses non-technical descriptions, with images of leaves, twigs, flowers
and/or fruit to aid in identification.
