Reforestation Ordering

Should I do a Reforestation Order?

  • If you are looking to purchase more than 1,000 trees for reforestation and would like to pick up your trees at our nursery, then you should order through our reforestation order program.

To Place a Reforestation Order

Reforestation orders are accepted beginning in September, and seedlings are available from January to April, weather permitting. Place orders at least 14 days prior to your desired pickup or delivery date.

  • Reforestation orders CANNOT be made on-line through the web store.
  • By mail using a printed Reforestation Order Form.
    • The reforestation price list includes species available through the reforestation order program and pricing. Reforestation Price List
    • The Seedling Catalog includes product descriptions.
    • Mail order form and payment to Augusta Forestry Center, P.O. Box 160, Crimora, VA 24431-0160
  • By phone at 540.363.7000

Payment

  • Payment in full is required at time of order.
  • Telephone orders require a credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa).
  • Cash, check, money order or credit card (Mastercard and Visa) must accompany all mailed-in orders.
  • Checks should be made payable to State Forester.
  • We do not accept purchase orders for seedlings.
  • We do not accept American Express (personal or corporate) or Discover credit cards.

Tax

  • Virginia 5 percent sales tax will be automatically added to your order when phoning in your order.
  • Virginia 5 percent sales tax must be added on all mailed-in orders.
