Catalog Ordering

To Place a Catalog Order

Catalog orders are accepted beginning in September, and we ship our seedlings from January to April, weather permitting. Place orders at least 14 days prior to your desired shipping date.

• By mail using a printed Catalog Order Form.

Payment

• Payment in full is required at time of order.
• On-line orders and telephone orders require a credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa).
• Cash, check, money order or credit card (Mastercard and Visa) must accompany all mailed-in orders.
• Checks should be made payable to State Forester.
• We do not send shipments C.O.D.
• We do not accept purchase orders for seedlings.
• Credit card is charged when you place the order through our on-line Web Store.
• We do not accept American Express (personal or corporate) or Discover credit cards.

Tax

• Virginia 5 percent sales tax will be automatically added to your order when ordering on-line or phoning in your order.
• Virginia 5 percent sales tax must be added on all mailed-in orders.

Tax-Exempt Ordering

• Tax-exempt orders CANNOT be placed through our on-line Web Store. If you are tax exempt, please read Tax-Exempt Catalog Ordering prior to placing your order.
• If you place a tax-exempt order through our on-line Web Store, the sales tax paid CANNOT be refunded.
